Parked at a business, or beside a road?
Say which situation applies before getting into the key details. For a car in a shopping or business parking area, give the business name, street address and the part of the lot where it is parked. On a frontage road or highway, tell us that directly and identify the nearest signed location from a safe place.
A vehicle key request needs its own availability check; it is not the same as arranging towing or road recovery. For a parked vehicle, the automotive locksmith page explains what information helps establish the kind of help you need.
Three details about the key
First, is the key inside the car, missing altogether, or present but not working? Next, is there another usable key? Finally, have the year, make and model ready. Those details help check the options without assuming every key or fob can be handled in the same way.
If no usable key remains, ask specifically about car key replacement. If the key is inside the vehicle, make that clear so a replacement is not confused with a lockout request. Have ownership information available for the next step.
A home address deserves the same precision
At home, the nearest interstate is orientation rather than a complete location. Give the house number and street, then name the affected entrance. Tell us whether you are locked out or can use another authorized door, and whether the key, handle or latch seems to be the part causing trouble.
For a rented property, check who can approve changes to the lock. A planned home lock request can then be discussed around the actual door. If the property is in Mesquite or Seagoville, give that city rather than the nearest familiar highway junction.
